Nutritional well-being plays a vital role in overall health and the quality of your life. If you are an individual who finds it difficult to go grocery shopping or have a relative who may benefit from this type of confidential service, we would love to get to know you!

Who Qualifies? 

Frail, homebound or isolated individuals who are age 60 and above. Homebound deliveries are offered in Clarion, Dows, Goldfield, Rowan, Woolstock, and rural areas surrounding those towns.

All deliveries will be dropped off the fourth Thursday of the month.  Must be registered by the 4th Tuesday of the month.
